It was a real honor to be a part of this project, as well as collab with Gabe on this very romantic scene for klapollo; we even made a playlist together (which u can enjoy)! There are so many things about this work that really pushed my skills and made me really proud of it, but i have to say… my favorite detail is the butterflies! If you can find all 29, then bravo!

the sun was VERY big and it was hot -Apollo

there were butterflies and i got one to land on my finger and then another landed on my face and they wouldn’t come off which made me panic -Aphrodite

there were cat posters?? like almost everywhere? cat imagery everywhere to an uncomfortable degree -Freyja

now, could i tell you what the dream was about?? NO because it was COMPLETELY nonsensical except for all the signs i got shown in one dream

i SWEAR one day I'll be able to stop prying new morsels of Apollo characterization out of the AA6 stag beetle conversation. He loves stag beetles because he has autism. He loves stag beetles because he probably caught insects as a kid and it reminds him of simpler times. He loves stag beetles because they have horns like him. He wouldn't mind being a stag beetle. Every other member of the royal family is based off an insect.

sometimes i think about how cullen’s last time seeing silvina, she was this naive bright eyed elven girl, maybe he remembers her like some holy savior after what happened in the circle tower… and then the next time he sees her, her eyes still sparkle the same but her face is worn with smile lines and she’s raising a child and she’s married and it’s like she’s gotten her entire life sorted out in the 10 years they spent apart and it makes this horrible pit form in his gut because he still struggles with what happened during the fifth blight, and maybe before she departs she presses one last warm kiss to his cheek and maybe he thinks about it for another 10 years…….
